Get a Consolidated High-Level View of Your Entire Operation
The Augos Executive Summary Report is a high-level overview of your production lines, providing detailed breakdowns of production time, the causes of downtime, and overall line performance. It enables management to identify bottlenecks, optimise operations, and increase overall efficiency.
A High-Level Production Review for Data-Driven Decisions
This report is designed for business leaders. It includes a visual timeline of production patterns, which helps users understand the impact of interruptions and make informed decisions to improve quality, reduce costs, and maximise output.
It organises all performance data into a main Summary, a Downtime Summary, and a breakdown of Downtime per line.
How to Use the Executive Summary
A straightforward process to navigate your production data
Select a Process and Date
Begin by using the process selector to switch between different sites or production lines and then choose a specific date range for the analysis.
Toggle the Metrics View
Switch the main summary table to display data as either Percentages or absolute Time values, depending on your analytical preference.
Drill Down into Details
For a more granular view, click the '+' icon next to a line or product to expand the view. This reveals all products produced, and a further click will show all individual jobs for that product, with a final click leading to the specific job card.
Key Actionable Performance Metrics Explained
Understanding the metrics that drive operational excellence
Paid Time
The total duration when a production process was planned to be operational, including any paid stops.
Effective Runtime
The amount of time that a process is operational during its paid duration. It is calculated as: Paid Time – (Planned Stops + Unplanned Stops + Interruptions).
Speed Loss/Gain
Measures the performance impact of a production line running below or above its designated rated speed.
Variance
The time spent producing product that is not accounted for by either the sensor or the operator, such as rejects and samples.
Net Production Time
The overall efficient time a line is producing good units at the correct speed. It is calculated as: Effective Runtime – (Speed Loss/Gain + Variance).
Net Count vs. Variance Count
"Net Count" is the total number of quality-approved units. "Variance Count" is the quantity of product that is unaccounted for, such as rejects and samples.
Our Expertise: Going Beyond Traditional OEE
While traditional Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) provides a high-level view, it can mask the underlying factors contributing to performance gaps. The Augos platform refines the three OEE pillars (Availability, Performance, Quality) into our more granular and actionable metrics. This approach transforms OEE from a simple diagnostic indicator into a practical guide for targeted, continuous improvement.
Get the Complete Picture of Your Production Performance
Move from disconnected data points to a single, unified source of truth. The Executive Summary provides the verifiable, audit-grade intelligence your leadership team needs to identify strategic opportunities and drive bottom-line results.
